Cooking With Kiki: Little John Makes The Most Delicious Cake

Recipe for Chocolate Chip Pound Cake:


1 box of Butter Golden Cake Mix

2 small boxes of Instant Vanilla Pudding

4 eggs

1.5 cups of water

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Beat the above ingredients together for 2 minutes………….Then, stir in 1-12 oz package of chocolate chips. I use the mini ones.

Pour in a greased and floured Bundt cake pan (or spray the pan with Pam) and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Note…….Since boxes of cake mixes have ‘shrunk’ since 2021, I keep an extra box on hand and add 1/4 cup of mix from the extra box to the recipe so that the cake doesn’t ‘fall.’ Also, for a variation of this recipe, you can use chocolate pudding for a double chocolatey cake.
